These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the SUN.W website. By placing and paying for an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. PRODUCTS
SUN.W offers handmade knitwear, accessories and related products. Items may be ready to ship or made to order. Product descriptions, available colors, sizes, prices and estimated production times are shown on the relevant product page.
Because each piece is handmade, small variations in texture, dimensions or color placement may occur. Such natural variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects.
2. ORDERS
A customer places an order through the website by providing the information required for payment and delivery. The customer is responsible for checking the selected product, size, color, email address, phone number and shipping address before payment.
An order is accepted after successful payment and electronic confirmation from SUN.W. SUN.W may contact the customer if information is incomplete or clarification is required. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified and any payment received for that order will be refunded.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices on the English website are displayed in USD. Payment is made online by credit or debit card through WayForPay or another payment method shown at checkout.
The customer’s bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or additional fees. SUN.W does not control those charges. The price of a fully paid order will not be changed after confirmation.
4. MADE-TO-ORDER AND CUSTOM ITEMS
Production begins after successful payment unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing. Most made-to-order items are completed within 7–14 business days. A different timeframe may be stated on the product page or agreed with the customer.
Custom color, personalized sizing or other individual changes must be confirmed before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
5. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Ukraine via Ukrposhta, Nova Post or another available carrier. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time depend on the destination and are shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
A tracking number will be provided when available. Delivery dates are estimates. SUN.W is not responsible for carrier or customs delays outside its reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or an authorized recipient, subject to applicable law.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For a ready-made item, contact SUN.W as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Cancellation is possible before dispatch if the order has not already been prepared or shipped.
A return or exchange request for an eligible ready-made item must be sent within 14 days after receipt. The item must be unused, unworn and returned with its original labels and packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Made-to-order, custom-sized, personalized or altered items cannot normally be returned or exchanged because they are produced for a specific customer, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective or does not match the confirmed order.

8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect the parcel upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, contact SUN.W within 48 hours of receipt and include the order number plus clear photos or video of the item and packaging. SUN.W will review the request and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
9. SIZE AND COLOR
Customers are responsible for choosing the correct standard size or providing accurate measurements for a custom order. Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting. SUN.W will make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The SUN.W name, designs, photographs, videos, text and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
11. PRIVACY
Personal information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with payment, delivery and technical service providers only where necessary to process an order, operate the website or comply with law.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
SUN.W is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including war, interruption of transport, natural disasters, government restrictions, power or communications outages and other force majeure circumstances.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through direct communication. If no solution is reached, the dispute may be referred to the competent courts under applicable law.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
SUN.W may update these Terms & Conditions. The version published on the website at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
